Lipi Switch (interface script changer): Adds a button to switch the Wikipedia interface between Devanagari and Romi scripts.

Where to find it:

• Desktop (Vector): In the “Lipi” menu in the bar below the page title, at the top right of the page.
• Mobile (Minerva): In the hamburger menu, just below “Settings”.

Required for the Lipi Links Move gadget.
