The new Vector 2022 skin is now default on the Konkani Wikipedia. With this skin, the button for Languages appears at the bottom of the main page. Since the Konkani Wikipedia is a multi-script Wikipedia, several users regularly switch the interface language between Konkani-Romi script and Konkani-Devanagari script. Therefore, it is important that the link to the language settings is always available at a consistent location. Thus, I propose to move the Languages button, which is used to access the language settings, to the right of the heading at the top of the main page, to match its location on other content pages.
