Hi, I hope you are doing well. Your RFA started more than a month ago. Generally an RFA discussion is closed after 7 days. Sometimes it may be remained opened even after 7 days if there is not enough participation. But, as it is almost 1 month now, I think it is the time to close that RFA.
Standard process: Generally an RFA is closed by a bureaucrat. If there is not any bureaucrat it may be closed by a senior admin or a steward or global sysop.
